A Fire Risk Assessment Officer (FRA) - review the communal areas of a building. The FRA sflag any possible fire hazards (such as a build-up of rubbish), checks the fire safety measures in place (like fire doors) and recommends any extra controls that should be put in place to stop, control and reduce the effects of a fire.
