MCS Group is absolutely thrilled to be partnering with a well-established, private sector client based in the Greater Belfast area, who currently require a Junior Marketing Manager on a full-time permanent basis to join their team.Working as part of the wider Marketing Team to drive the marketing strategy across a range of channels, from traditional media such as print and OOH to social media, CRM and events. The successful candidate will support the Marketing Manager to drive a team of high-performance marketing professionals to deliver on time and within budget the marketing strategies for the brand and our brand partners.Core responsibilities:Creating compelling omni-channel plans for events, advertising and digital media.Liaising with brand partners and internal stakeholders on a regular basis.Ensuring campaign deadlines and KPIs are met.Excelling at Brand Partner Strategies & Elevating BrandsSupporting with the generation of content across social media, blogs and newsletters.Aligning regularly with our internal teams to establish requirements and implement plans.Optimising engagement through paid social media campaigns working with the social media and digital team members to unify our brand presence across diverse channels.Executing best-in-class events for customers by working closely with external agencies and suppliers.Reporting and analysing all marketing activity including customer engagement, campaign results and any learnings going forward.Reviewing, assessing, and implementing new ways of working with the Marketing Manager to ensure efficiencies and productivity are maximised across the Marketing Team.Essential Criteria:At least 4 years' experience in marketing or similar role.Enthusiastic and up for a challenge, with a can-do attitude.Experience coordinating large omnichannel campaigns. Creative individual with strong copywriting skills and an eye for detail.
