7.5 tonne driver

My client based in Stoke Newcastle-Under-Lyme is currently recruiting for an experienced 7.5 tonne driver to join them on a temp basis lasting 4-5 weeks, could go on past this duration

Paying between �12.00-14.00 per hour weekly pay, hours of work are 10:30-18:30

The client is a Hospital Sterile Services Unit (HSSU) transporting sterile and disinfected surgical equipment to local hospitals.

As a Driver you must be comfortable with manual handling and happy to move transport trolleys weighing upwards of 250kg. As well as a basic knowledge of current driver hour legislation, you will hold a driver digital tachograph card. You'll be a great ambassador for our unit and our customer's first point of contact

As a Driver, you will:

• Collect and make deliveries by van or car to customers, driving 7.5T vehicles

• Receive and check deliveries of medical devices from customers

• Help keep equipment in good working order and report any faults

• Keep a clean, tidy work environment and identify stock issues as they arise

• Maintain accurate tachograph records and documentation
