4 year PQE Legal Counsel (Corporate / Commercial)

Our client is one of the leaders in the Channel Islands in provider fund management and corporate services. They have a rich heritage and global offices and with continued growth, are seeking to hire a Legal Counsel to join them.

There is significant amount of flexibility in location - the role can either be based in Jersey, Luxembourg or Ireland and they offer significant hybrid working.

The role will involve advising on a broad range of commercial and corporate matters and working closely with the wider legal team. Specifically the role will be responsible for advising on all engagements with external clients and their legal teams. It will also be involved in wider legal projects, providing risk aware advice to the business and representing the Group in negotiations with 3rd party suppliers.

Candidate Requirements:

• a minimum of 3 years' PQE, ideally with industry experience of funds and financial services
• strong commercial and corporate legal experience, with experience of drafting various agreements
• excellent communications skills and attention to detail
