Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
Work across all manner of Microsoft enterprise services providing support (Windows Server, AD, SQL, DNS etc).
Work across the full Microsoft 365 stack supporting customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to define and implement enhancements, meeting client requirements and specifications.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers and colleagues.
Continuously monitor and maintain environments to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
