3rd Line Support Engineer - Birmingham - £40,000-£50,000 + car allowance

I'm seeking an experienced 3rd Line Support EngineerEngineer for a leading IT Service provider based in Birmingham. They are looking for someone with a strong technical background across Infrastructure and Networking, supporting a variety of clients in the area. You will work primarily remotely, with some travel to customer sites, ensuring that IT problems are either resolved or escalated within the agreed SLAs.

The right Senior 3rd Line Support Engineer will have experience in the majority of the following:

  • A strong background in Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANS etc)
  • Excellent knowledge of WAN Technologies
  • Strong skills with VMware/Hyper-V
  • An expert in Active Directory, MFA, Endpoint Manager, M365, SharePoint etc
  • Cloud experience
  • Preferably some experience in a IT service provider environment
