3rd Line Support / Azure Server Administrator

ONNEC has successfully achieved the Investors in Diversity Foundational Award for our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace.We are seeking an adaptable individual capable of managing multiple systems to join our IT department in the role of 3rd Line Support / Azure Server Administrator! this role will be collaborating with Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners for additional support and backup, and will provide support and escalation paths for 1st and 2nd line colleagues.What you will be doing as our 3rd Line Support Engineer/Azure Server Administrator:Manage and maintain the server estate, collaborating with third-party providers when necessary.Administer Azure servers and ensure their smooth operation.Handle InTune management, file share management, and SharePoint Document server management.Oversee change and incident management processes, as well as DNS/DHCP management and threat/vulnerability management using Qualys.Execute patching, monitor systems with PRTG, manage event logs, and oversee print management.Key Projects you will be involved in as our 3rd Line Support Engineer/Azure Server Administrator:Address Shadow IT concerns by consolidating disparate IT systems and implementing BYOD policies.What we are looking for in our 3rd Line Support Engineer / Azure Server Administrator:Familiarity with Cyber Security standards, particularly ISO27001 2022.Experience with email security, backup/restore procedures, and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning.Ability to review penetration test results and integrate findings into project planning.If you feel you have the required skills and experience, click apply now to be considered as our 3rd Line Support Engineer/Azure Server Administrator– we’d love to hear from you
