Are you an experienced 3rd Line IT Support Technician looking for a role where your skills are valued, your professional growth is encouraged, and your contributions make a real difference?
As a 3rd Line IT Support Technician, you'll play a crucial role in their Managed Services Team.
You'll assist the support desk with resolving tickets, managing client problems, ensuring the optimal performance of infrastructure and critical services, and delivering exceptional service to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Microsoft Ecosystem Support: Provide support across Microsoft desktops, servers, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments
Network Troubleshooting: use your strong network troubleshooting skills to solve issues effectively.
Manage multiple end-users and priorities daily, delivering a great service experience.
Experience required
You will have strong 3rd line commercial experience similar experience ideally within an MSP environment or working in a broad role working within a small IT department, in a busy environment
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, deadline-oriented, with a keen interest in technology and proven troubleshooting abilities.
You will be hard-working, well-organised, and ready to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
