Are you a 3rd Line IT Engineer looking for a new challenge?

I am looking for a motivated and experienced 3rd Line IT Engineer to join an established Managed Service Provider in Huddersfield. The role requires you to be in the office 4 days a week.

The 3^rd Line IT Engineer will be responsible for providing 3rd line technical support to our customers, responding to service tickets and resolving issues in a timely fashion. You must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, as well as have a good understanding of Azure cloud, virtualisation technologies, networking and windows Servers

Key Skills the 3^rd line IT Engineer will have:

• Proficient 3^rd line experience (at least 2 years)
• Strong cloud azure experience
• Fully proficient with VMWare/Hyper-V
• Extensive Office 365, Windows Service and Active Directory
• Excellent networking experience (Routing, switching, firewalls) and Wi-fi
• MSP experience is very beneficial
• Previous experience managing/mentoring a small helpdesk team is advantageous

• Starting salary between £30,000-£40,000
