360 Recruitment Consultant

This role is 360, both Business Development and Recruitment for the roles you bring into your desk - Must have a billing track record.Salary - £28,000 to 35,000 (DOE) plus excellent bonusJoin one of the leading independant recruitment companies in NorthamptonshireDuties Include:- Can you identify new business opportunities and convert- identify suitable candidates for current and prospective business- Establish the customer's requirements e.g. job description, hours of work, rates of pay etc.- To liaise with customers to arrange interviews and to debrief candidates and customers as and when required- To ensure all administrative requirements are completed- To canvass current and potential customers to develop new business- To regularly visit customers to develop a good working relationship and to identify business opportunities.A successful candidate will have:- A proven consistent Perms biller- Previous Sales and Recruitment Experience- Computer Literate- Excellent telephone manner- Valid Driving License- Excellent salary and bonus Training and development internal and external- Up to 23 days + Bank Holidays- Pension scheme contributionflexible hours 8/9/930 start timesGet in touch now for more info
