Pin Point Recruitment are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant in our Colchester Branch

Pin Point is a leading Recruitment Agency with over 25 years’ experience hiring candidates across a plethora of industries, for local and multinational clients. We have offices in Scotland, the North East, Yorkshire, Midlands Essex, London Bristol and on the South Coast.

We specialise in recruiting in the industrial, commercial, manufacturing, automotive and logistics and distribution sectors.

We are looking for sales driven individuals to help us take the business to the next level.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll be the heartbeat of the office identifying New Business opportunities.


• Building a network of clients and negotiating terms.


• Networking with Clients at local and national events.


• Sourcing Candidates to fulfil client requirements.


• Conduct regular service reviews ensuring that the` best in class’ is delivered.


• Working with the senior team to develop Pin Point’s offering to Clients alike.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a 360 Recruitment Role is a distinct advantage.


• Experience of Business-to-Business within the recruitment sector..


• Personal drive with determination to succeed.
