The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving organisational change to meet future business requirements, as well as driving the cultural agenda effectively within a function, getting heavily involved in designing and implementing key HR processes and proceduresThis is a unique opportunity in the Northern Irish market, offering a market leading package, as well as several other key benefits.The roleThe successful Head of People will be commercially minded, interacting on a regular basis with various key internal stakeholders at all levels, ensuring the HR service they provide genuinely adds value to the business. As the business looks ahead, the Head of People will be incredibly important in the delivery of organisational change initiatives, driving a positive company culture across a range of teams.Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of People will be responsible for the overall HR Generalist remit, providing advice and guidance across a range of HR responsibilities, including performance management, employee relations, absence management, recruitment and disciplinaries.Vision and values are at the centre of this organisation, and they are committed to driving the overall company cultural, alongside day-to-day HR duties.
