MCS Group is currently working with a locally well-renowned retail and wholesale company who are on the lookout for an experienced IT Manager to come in and manage the site and systems support whilst maintaining documentation and site facilities. This IT Manager will be responsible for multiple sites and will be tasked with maintaining all technology on-site and providing governance for on-site functions.Responsibilities:Ensure the delivery of IT services, encompassing hardware, software, and network systems, while prioritising cybersecurity and adherence to data protection regulations throughout Northern Ireland.Strategically plan, organise, control, and assess IT Support and Operations to optimise delivery within the business.Manage the strategic development, operation, and maintenance of Group IT systems, ensuring a high-quality IT service and keeping technology resources current.Lead IT disaster recovery planning, collaborating with third-party providers, and promptly resolving issues to minimise downtime and maintain smooth operations.Supervise the upkeep and functionality of buildings and infrastructures to guarantee optimal and safe facilities operation.Implement project plans systematically to achieve desired outcomes efficiently.Criteria:Experience working as an IT Manager and providing support to multiple sites.Extensive experience supporting Office 365 applications.Network support experienceVendor Management experienceRemuneration:Monday - FridayEarly finish FridayOn site work based in BelfastUp to £55,000Great Benefits including staff discount and bonus scheme.If this is the role for you and you want to have a confidential conversation about the company, the job role and what to expect in more detail contact Aaron Pyper @ MCS Group on 028 904 90 902 or email #####
