MCS Group is delighted to partner with one of our clients in their search for a product designer to join their growing team.As a Product Designer, you will be at the forefront of solving design challenges, driving the entire process from start to finish. Your work will be fuelled by insights from user research, allowing you to create innovative design concepts that shape new products and features. You'll be responsible for crafting detailed workflows and interactions, and swiftly prototyping ideas to evaluate their feasibility. Your attention to detail will shine through as you design components, interactions, and seamless transitions. Collaborating closely with engineers, you'll bring your ideas to life, while continually refining and expanding the design system. You will ensure your designs are intuitive and user-centric by conducting user testing and research. Effectively communicating your design decisions to cross-functional teams will be essential to aligning everyone's efforts.
