We are looking for an experienced and driven
2nd Line Support Analyst
to join our
IT Support & Consultancy business based in North London.

and currently have 20 employees. They are looking for an experienced and driven 2nd Line Support Analyst to join the team.
Qualifications/Experience:
Must Have
3 years as an IT Support Engineer or similar role using Microsoft Technologies
Hands on experience with Windows/Mac OS environments
Microsoft Office 365 including Teams & Exchange Online – Advanced
Mail Security – Advanced
Microsoft SharePoint – Advanced
Microsoft & Windows Infrastructure – Advanced
Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, Domain Services, Group Policy, DNS) – Advanced
Routing, switching & firewall rules – Advanced
Microsoft Azure Platform – Intermediate
VPN – Intermediate
VOIP Configuration – Intermediate
Desirable:
Relevant Certifications (e.g. MCP, MCSE, ITIL)
Degree in relevant field (e.g. Computer Science, Networking, Information Systems)
Linux Systems
Non-Technical Skills:
Proven track record of collaborative solutions delivery
Commercial awareness for all “aaS” models
Services led project management
Experience in ISO 27001 standards and Cyber Essentials Plus standards
Documents and project writing abilities

Remuneration & Work Hours:
Full-Time
Office & home based (to be discussed further at interview)
Must be willing to travel to clients
8-hour shift to be worked within core hours of 8:30 and 18:00
Shift assignment would be discussed further at interview
£28K - 35k per annum based on experience
