Our client is looking for someone to join their organisation in a 2nd line support capacity.
This company has a strong belief in training, and such is the nature of their diverse technical stack, the ability to develop new skills is excellent.
This role will be primarily based from their office, with 1 day working from home and occasional travel (expensed) to customer site as required.
A suitable background will include: –
Ideally 3 years+ experience in a technical support / helpdesk role at 1st/2nd line level
Strong Office 365 support experience including Active Directory
Windows Server (##########2)
Virtualization (Hyper-V, VMWare)
Excellent communication skills
Ideally some knowledge of Azure
Immediate interviews and start are available for the right person.
