My client is currently seeking a IT Support Analyst to come on board to provide technical ongoing support for the organisation. You will support and assist tailored business solutions, while assessing user concerns and inquiries, offering implementation or guidance. Delivering technical assistance for Hardware repair and configuration for business-specific devices, Installation, upkeep, and resolution of PC applications.Key skills,Strong Support experience2nd Line Support experienceAssistance/Support with customised business systemsO365 KnowledgeEvaluating user concerns and questions, offering implementation or guidanceOffering technical assistance for: Repairing and configuring business-specific hardware Installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting PC applicationsCoordinating third-party hardware repairs and servicesAnalysing trends and recurring issuesCreating technical documentation, knowledge articles, and user manualsSupporting internal data and voice networks and infrastructureProviding user training (internal and external)Supporting project tasksConducting installations at depot and customer sites as neededSalary:My client are offering a salary of between GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 depending on experience.
