2nd Line IT Support Engineer – Manchester - £29k
Chassam Recruitment are currently looking for a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer for a leading company in Manchester. This is an exciting position where you will be ensuring the network infrastructure and server farm environment is stable, secure and free from any external threats. The role will be home based but the candidate needs to live an hour commute from Manchester as there could be some datacentre work.
You will be assisting with network topologies, upgrades, installations, system patches and system maintenance. You will also be providing 2nd line support on the network infrastructure.
Skills Needed:
Experience of managing and maintaining a desktop/server environment
Established fault diagnosis and troubleshooting skills
Extensive experience of Active Directory
In Depth knowledge of Microsoft Products (Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10)
Knowledge of Citrix
Excellent knowledge of exchange
