2^nd Line IT Field Engineer - Sheffield

2nd Line IT Field Engineer with onsite and field experience as well as Office 365, Windows 10, Exchange and VOIP knowledge join our client which is an leading motor company across Yorkshire.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our clients' IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently. You will provide technical support and troubleshooting to both site-based and remote users, as well as providing onsite and field support. You will also ensure that systems are configured, maintained and monitored to ensure maximum uptime and reliability.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent knowledge of:

• 2^nd Line IT support, ideally some field support experience
• Office 365
• Windows OS 8,10, 11
• Exchange
• VOIP
• Sharepoint Online
• Telephony experience
• You will also need excellent communication and problem solving skills along with a Full UK Drivers License.

Knowledge of Azure and Intune would be desirable. You will also need excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The role offers flexible working, with 1-2 days of home-based working. They offer a competitive salary of up to £28,000 and the opportunity to progress within their company.
