2nd Line IT Engineer

Your Office Anywhere are a part of Everything Tech Group, we provide remote desktop and cloud hosting of applications to 2,500 users in the UK but also Europe and the rest of the world. Due to unprecedented growth over the last 12 months we are now looking for a motivated 2nd line engineer to join our Service Desk team.
Job Purpose
In this role you would be providing 2nd Line IT support to all end users. You would be required to proactively resolve software issues from all incoming channels. To deliver a high level of customer service in line with set Company Service Level Agreements. To be a proactive member of the Service Desk Team and ensure adherence to all set company processes and standards.

Desired Experience:
Microsoft Server: 2 year (preferred)
Desktop support: 2 year (preferred)
IT support: 2 year (required)
Hours of Work:
8 hour shift
Day shift Working hours will be between 8am and 6pm with staggered starts which can be managed within the team once you are up and running.
Monday to Friday
We may need on call support for weekends and out of hours
