They may have additional offerings or specialties depending on the evolving needs of their clients and the technological landscape.We are now seeking a Cisco Collaboration Engineer to join their team of experts!Responsibilities:Design, implement, and configure Cisco Collaboration solutions based on client requirements.Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, UCCX, and other collaboration products.Conduct system upgrades, patches, and migrations as needed.Provide technical support and guidance to clients on Cisco Collaboration solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Cisco Collaboration solutions with other systems.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, installation guides, and troubleshooting procedures.Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in Cisco Collaboration to provide innovative solutions to clients.Skills/Must have:Cisco certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, CCNP Collaboration, or CCIE Collaboration preferred.Proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting Cisco Collaboration solutions.Strong knowledge of Cisco Unified Communications Manager, Unity Connection, UCCX, and Webex Teams.Experience with SIP, H.323, MGCP, and other VoIP protocols.Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve complex technical issues.Salary:$Competitive and negotiable DoEIf you would like to find out more about his opportunity we encourage you to apply today!
