Digital Waffle is working in partnership with an exciting and growing organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated 2/3rd Line Support Analyst.
Job Purpose:
To provide 2nd line support & delivery for IT systems covering all aspects of the IT Infrastructure.
To be successful in this role, you must have experience of the following:Previously worked in a 2nd/3rd line support roleProvide IT Infrastructure support to:Client, server, storage, network, communication, audio/visual & security systemsNetwork experience e.g. CiscoSecurity experience including firewallsStrong Windows Server experienceExperience of working with Active directory, Office 365, VMWare, SQL and telephony/VOIPCloud experience either; Azure, AWS or MS 365 experienceMonitor and respond to user support requests submitted to the helpdeskExcellent communication skillsExcellent customer support skillsEngage with 1st & 2nd Line colleagues in support of incident and problem management processesBuilding effective working relationships with both internal and external customers DesirableUnix experience would be beneficial What’s in it for you?Constant training and developmentWorking within a great cultureGreat company benefits
