Job Description
Second line Support - London - £40,000
I am working with a client of ours that is on the look out for a second line support engineer that to join a small team of 3.
You will have exposure to all tech related issues in the office, while receiving great training to move towards a Sys Admin role.
Set up accounts
Install and upgrade computer components and software, and manage virtual servers
Responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems, network servers.
Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues
Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts Required skills
Evaluate and modify system performance
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience required
Minimum 3 years system and network administration experience
