My client, a large MSP based in Kent, are looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their ever-growing team. You will play a critical role in providing technical support and assistance to end-users within the organisation. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues, responding to service requests, and ensuring a smooth and efficient IT environment.Location: KentRole & Responsibilities:Provide desk-side and remote based end-user support to troubleshoot issues and problems with equipment and/or systems.Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.Assist with user account management and password resetsRepairing and replacing equipment as necessary.Escalate complex issues to second-line support when necessary.Administering Microsoft 365.Undertaking ad-hoc projects as instructed by the IT Manager and Management Team.Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly2+ years' experience in a 1st/2nd line support roleGood knowledge and experience of ITIL Best PracticeKnowledge and experience of working with support of Active Directory, MS exchange, Office 365, Windows 10/11, VPNFamiliarity with basic networking principles and troubleshooting - DNS, DCHP, TCP/IPPassionate about IT and providing customer serviceIf you have experience working for a Managed Service Provider and are actively looking for a new role then please apply today!Locations: Kent, Orpington, Welling, Dartford, Bromley, Maidstone, Snodland, Sevenoaks, Chatham, Royal Tunbridge WellsWe currently have 5,422 live graduate jobs and we're adding more all the time.
