1st Line Support Engineer

A fast-growing property management company is looking for a 1st Line Support Engineer to join their IT team as they refresh their strategy and build out the team. In this role you will work in a small team supporting end users in person and remotely with issues relating to Office 365, SharePoint and Azure. This role offers the opportunity to work with senior stakeholders in the organisation and be part of a growing, innovative organisation.
Responsibilities
Provide 1st Line IT Support (Helpdesk and Deskside)
User administration within Azure, SharePoint and Microsoft 365
Provide exceptional Service Support and Customer Service to the Acquired Business, via Deskside Support, Email and Telephone
Requirements
Minimum 4 years experience in 1st line/technical support
Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
Good experience working in a cloud environment, preferably Azure
Excellent communication skills
Strong technical background
This is a permanent role based in London with hybrid working.
