1^st Line Support Analyst
A 1^st Line Support Analyst is required by Whitehall Resources for our client based in West Yorkshire. This is a permanent role and will be supporting our clients employees across multiple sites.
The successful candidate will have 1^st Line Support/ Help Desk experience and the ability to maintain and update technical document accurately and regularly. Previous diagnostic and troubleshooting experience will also be needed.
