IT ENGINEER
Location - Scunthorpe
Salary - £25,000 - £30,000

Your new role
An award-winning provider of business IT & software solutions are looking to Recruit an experienced IT Engineer/1st Line Support
You will be responsible for working with the existing 1st Line support team dealing with client requests seeking help in resolving issues i.e., Change requests, troubleshooting etc
What you'll need to succeed
The Organisation is looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Engineer who cares about quality.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skillset:
A huge passion for IT and technology.
A proactive approach to support.
Experience in a similar role.
Knowledge of IT products including Microsoft Windows Server, Core Infrastructure Server Hardware, Active Directory, Windows Desktop Troubleshooting, Virtualisation, Exchange/Office 365, Security solutions, Networking and Azure.
Strong organisation skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to create self-help content.
The ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
Microsoft (or equivalent) qualifications would be desirable
