1st/2nd Line Engineer

A well-established MSP of 15 years are now actively looking for 1st/2nd Line IT Support Engineers with good working knowledge of Office 365, Active Directory and ideally previous MSP experience.
Here you'll be joining a close-knit service desk of 6 who are responsible for supporting their client base of roughly 65 SMEs. It's a flat structure, meaning that you'll get plenty of exposure to business-critical escalated tasks.
Key Skills required:
MSP Experience
Windows Server /Windows OS 10/11
Office 365 administration and support
AzureAD/Intune
Network troubleshooting and support
Full UK Drivers licence - essential
They're based in a modern office in St Albans and have a flexible approach to working, with the freedom to choose your hours (e.g. 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm).
Roles and responsibilities include:
Provide high-quality remote and on-site technical support for various issues and problems.
Address and efficiently resolve client issues, queries, and incidents.
Respond to and manage incidents, escalating problems across multiple platforms as needed.
Support, train, and mentor team members.
Adopt a hands-on approach to problem-solving, ensuring issues are resolved within SLAs
Take ownership of assigned incidents and manage them to resolution.
Ensure SLA compliance, including response times, resolution times, and first-time fix rates.
Troubleshoot application issues.
With this opportunity, you'll also achieve:
Starting salary around £25K
