12 Month FTC Claims Adjuster

Your new company Your new company is a global speciality Insurance and Reinsurance company with international offices based globally, and they are looking for a well-experienced Claims Adjuster to join their organisation on a 12-month FTC to cover for a maternity leave within their London Claims team. Whilst this role is a 12-month FTC for a maternity cover, should the volume of Claims continue to grow, this role could become permanent in the future. Your new role In your new role you will be reporting into the head of Casualty claims as an experienced Claims Adjuster covering Claims within Cyber, M&A, Political Risk, Medical Malpractice and PI Claims. Within this role you will need to be capable of understanding and analysing policy terms and conditions, providing coverage and liability analysis and acting as a Liaison between the Cyber Underwriting and Claims teams and other Underwriting teams as and when required. You will be handling Claims from cradle to grave, attending external client and broker meetings as and when required and will be assisting in preparing monthly claims runs on a regular basis and working as a team player able to support the Claims team when needed. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed you will need an in-depth understanding of liability insurance policies, ideally with previous experience of Cyber claims, you will need previous London market claims experience and proficiency in the ECF and Microsoft systems. You will also need a strong work ethic, enthusiasm and the ability to prioritise and manage tight deadlines.
