NHS 111 Clinical Advisor Pertemps Medical Professionals are sourcing Clinical Advisors (111), Triage Nurses and Healthcare Assistants for a client clients based in the East Midlands. Derby Leicester Nottingham
Our NHS 111 clinical advisors are responsible for the assessment of the health and clinical needs of patients who call 111, utilising their clinical judgment to provide advice, signpost to appropriate care and treatment or to escalate to 999 services, supported by decision support software. Salary:TBC Permanent:Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with 25, 30 and 37.5 hours PW Base:East Midlands Requirements of the role: Registered nurses or paramedics with at least 2 years’ experience, preferably in pre-hospital, primary care or ED settings High levels of motivation and passion for delivering quality patient care An ability to adapt to a new and challenging setting Phone Triage (desired) Responsibilities of the role: supporting our Health Advisors in our Call Centre, providing key clinical support for them as they help callers and providing telephone clinical triage to patients using the NHS Pathways Clinical Decision Support Software
