Qualified Social Worker - 11 - 25's Team

We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker - 11 - 25's Team within the Social Care industry in Gloucestershire County Council. The Qualified Social Worker - 11 - 25's Team vacancy within Gloucestershire County Council will be for an initial 3-6 months with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and your performance.
Responsibilities include:

We are looking for a team of experienced social workers who understand the need for permanence for young people and who will demonstrate grip and tenacity to ensure young people feel safe and secure to enable them to achieve their potential. Working predominantly with 16+, the team is based in Gloucester and candidates must have minimum 3 years' experience of working with children in care/care leavers. The roles are full time, 5 days a week with at least 2 days a week in the office and we are asking for a 6 month minimum commitment. Must be able to travel to Gloucestershire as remote working is offered but flexibility is required to meet operational need.

Experience preferred:

Post qualifying experience of working within a statutory 11 - 25's Social Work team within the UK.

The team:

• Well-structured organised team, growing their social worker staffing levels.
• This is a role within the Social Care industry.

Minimum Requirements:

• HCPC Registration
• 1 year post qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
• Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
• Eligibility to work in the UK
