We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Supply Teaching Assistants to join our team. If you're adaptable, patient, and committed to making a positive impact on students' lives, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN.
• Assist teachers in implementing education plans ( EHCPs)
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Experience working with students with SEN (autism, learning disabilities, behavioral challenges, etc.).
• Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to different school settings and student needs.
