An outstanding adult education centre, recognised by Ofsted, presents a unique opportunity to join their team, arising from an internal promotion. Located in Cranleigh, near Guildford, this centre caters to nearly 40 students with Autism and associated conditions, offering specialised day services and personalised learning support. As a crucial team member, you'll collaborate closely with dedicated staff to shape the futures of adults with ASD and other disabilities. Your role involves designing and implementing tailored learning programmes, offering steadfast support, and nurturing a sense of independence and inclusion. Key Skills required:

-Experience of working in community based services or with young adults with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND)

-Comfortable working with challenging behaviour

-Ability to work as a team and build relationships with learners, parents and staff

-A positive and resilient attitude

-Minimum Grade C or equivalent, in English Language & Maths is desirable

-Care certificate is desirable

-Own means of transport
