1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant - Make a Difference in Bramhall!

Are you a passionate and experienced Teaching Assistant who thrives on supporting children with complex needs?

Tradewind is seeking a superstar Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic Primary School in Bramhall. This is a part-time opportunity to work 1:1 with a bright and enthusiastic child who has SEND requirements.

In this role, you will:

• Provide tailored support in the classroom, ensuring the child can access learning and reach their full potential.
• Develop a strong bond with the child, fostering their confidence and independence.
• Collaborate with the teacher to implement strategies outlined in the child's SEND plan.
• Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

We are looking for someone who:

• Enjoys a challenge and is a positive and outgoing individual.
• Has experience working with SEND students and a passion for seeing them flourish.
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Can build a strong rapport with children and their families.
