1-1 SEMH Teaching Assistant

A Runcorn Primary School is seeking a Teaching Assistant with Social, Emotional Mental Health experience to support a student one-to-one.

On a long-term, part-time basis (12:30-3:30), a student with Social, Emotional Mental Health requires a Teaching Assistant to support them on a 1-1 basis. This role is to start from 15th April until the summer holidays. For the right person, this position could roll over into the next academic year.

The successful 1-1 SEMH Teaching Assistant will be based in a very popular and supportive Primary School in the Runcorn area.

The following checks are essential to be shortlisted:

• Have the legal right to work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced DBS check on the update service, or be prepared to undertake a new disclosure (cost of DBS is refunded after working 20 days)
• Have a full, 10-year career history and be able to provide a minimum of 2 references
• Evidence of qualifications applicable to the role
