An anglicised US law firm are looking to hire a mid-senior Banking lawyer to join their team in London. The firm can offer a competitive remuneration package, a broad range of work and a more agreeable work/life balance than other US firms in the City.The new joiner will advise on a broad range of banking and finance transactions predominantly on the lender side. This will include drafting a variety of documents relating to leveraged finance, property finance and general banking transactions. The successful candidate will be given a large degree of autonomy from the outset, gain excellent exposure to high-value international work and the opportunity to work alongside practitioners who are regarded as leaders in this field.The firm are looking for an individual with a minimum of four years of post-qualification experience ideally within a silver-circle, magic-circle or US law firm.
