Role: Systems Manager
Salary : £50k Plus Benefit
Location: Chiswick
As the Systems Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and maintenance of various company systems and infrastructures across multiple offices. Your primary focus will be to ensure the continuous delivery of secure and reliable technology services, providing top-notch user support.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of hardware, software, telephony, and networks.
Manage on-premises networks and server infrastructure to ensure seamless functionality.
Develop, test, and invoke disaster recovery and business continuity plans for systems, data, and technologies.
Monitor events and systems across all platforms.
Establish and review system policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with ISO 27001 and other security frameworks.
Lead a team of engineers across offices, following ITIL principles to deliver best-in-class support.
Manage the procurement and maintenance of technology assets.
Required Skills:
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and server technologies.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 Office, with a focus on Exchange and SharePoint.
Expertise in layer 2 and 3 networks, IPS/IDS firewalls, backups, and Sage applications.
