Boutique Consultancy
Hybrid, London with 1-day a month in HQ. Can provide WeWork for other office-days.
Salary up to £75,000 + 15% bonus
I am super excited to be collaborating with a boutique Capital Markets consultancy to find their first (Senior) HRBP. This role will come in and support Head of Talent Management, taking on all things HR and Learning, while assisting on resourcing and talent pooling for upcoming projects.
My client was established in 2012 and have since grown to just shy of 100 heads; with revenue set to surpass 20M this year. All growth thus far has been through word of mouth and reputation; demonstrating that they are incredibly highly regarded in their space. With this growth, they are now keen to bring in someone to formally implement and take care of their HR policies and procedures.
This is a full generalist HR role and is suited to someone who is happy to come in and pave their own way within the business. They are looking for someone who is happy with some ambiguity, while being able to come in and insert value within HR processes and procedures.
The (Senior) HRBP will :
HR Generalist – looking at policies, procedures, bens, engagement, performance management, ER etc.
L&D – leading on early careers programme.
Resourcing – willingness to get in and get involved here.
Strategically partnering with the Head of Talent Management as well as key stakeholders within the business to drive HR as a commercial function within the business.
With scope to scale the team further this year, there will be scope for progression into HR Lead/ HR Manager.
(Senior) HRBP Required Skills & Experience:
Generalist HR background, with willingness/ keenness to get stuck into all things L&D and Resourcing.
Happy with ambiguity. Keen to come in and map out the role, to drive and insert value to the business.
Consulting background will be imperative to understanding the business nuances.
Striving to come in and map out their own pathway and add value.
Someone who is unphased by moving parts and can work at pace. Low ego, high EQ.
