We aim to inspire and support our talents and clients through open, honest discussions and clear actions.This is a hybrid role (Tuesdays & Fridays in the Brighton office). Applicants must be located in and eligible to work in the UK.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Senior Digital Project Manager who will be responsible for the management of projects to deliver products of the highest quality, on time, on budget and to specification. There is a key focus on building strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You will have meticulous attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and thrive on multitasking, switching between projects and stakeholders. This exciting role will require, commercial awareness, financial acumen negotiation and excellent client-management skills.What you'll bringExperience in managing native mobile and web-based projects (essential)Experience managing cross-functional teams including UX, product design, front-end development, backend development, QA testing and more.Knowledge of general usability principles, design and development best practices, accessibility and web standards.Experience with leading project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Float and moreExperience writing development tickets, user stories and task estimationStrong client-facing and analytical skills.What you'll be doingYou will be responsible for the management of projects to deliver products of the highest quality, on time, on budget and to specification. You’ll maintain and enhance relationships with our clients and all key stakeholders.Lead on multiple simultaneous projects, you’ll oversee all comms, scope, statements of work, timeline and budget for our projects.Building detailed project plans and communicating project performance throughout the project lifecycle to both internal and external stakeholders.Maintain and update project documentation.Project manage cross-functional teams (UX, UI, engineering, testing etc) to deliver high-quality work, on time and within budget.Manage and mitigate risk, forecasting development timelines and budgets.Ensure digital solutions adhere to web standards, QA principles, usability and web analytics best practices.What you'll needMinimum 5 years experience working as a Project Manager on responsive web and app projects – agency experience is preferred.Minimum 2 years in a senior project management role.Experience leading internal agile-based ceremonies and meetings such as daily stand-ups, iteration planning, retrospectives and internal update meetingsClear and concise communicator to all levels of stakeholders (verbal and written)Commercial awareness and financial acumen in regards to accurate planning, scoping, budgeting and writing SOWsAbility to work in a rapidly changing, agile-based environmentAbility to manage multiple projects concurrentlyTechnically minded - we don’t expect you to know how to code or design but you must be comfortable understanding the world in which we operateAgile-minded - we work with Agile as our baseline but flex this methodology to meet our client and project requirementsThe nice-to-havesA product management mindset to ensure the products we’re delivering are the best they can beGood working knowledge of tools including Slack, Google, Notion and BasecampWhat's in it for you?At ASquared, you’ll have the opportunity to work at an incredible, ambitious and humble agency and join an inspiring team.
