MUST HAVES : Track record of 360 Recruitment, with strengths in Business Development, ideally within any Software market.

What You'll Do:
Support our current clients across the UAE and Europe
Win new clients across the GCC region or EU (market depending)
Focus on roles within the Software and AI space
Meet clients both locally, and travel internationally
Build communities through meetups, events, and roundtables
Deliver exceptional results to our clients and candidates

Insight to our commission:
20% and 30% brackets included within your target
40% bracket for doing 150% of your target
50% bracket for doing 200% of your target
