Job description
This unique Hotel is a spectacular 18th Century 49-bedroom hotel situated in the heart of the historic market town of Buckingham. Villiers has undergone a major refurbishment to all front of house areas and The Old Town Hall which provides all the meeting, serviced offices and function space.
We are looking for a dynamic Junior Chef to join the Team. As a Junior Chef, you will join a team of talented chefs preparing food for guests for our rosette restaurant, afternoon tea lounge, conference lunches, weddings and special events. You will need to be enthusiastic, passionate with an eagerness to learn and develop your skills. A love of cooking with fresh ingredients is essential.

Responsibilities:
Prepare food in a timely manner.
Keeps work and kitchen areas clean.
Manage financial risks.
Be a leader and mentor to junior team members.
Organises and sets up the assigned section as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximise productivity.
