Job Description***FP&A Analyst******100% Remote***About the client: Our client is the market leader in the manufacture and supply of static sealing solutions, delivering high quality industrial gaskets on a global scale.Job Summary:The FP&A Business Analyst will be responsible for monthly consolidation, analysis, and reporting of financial data and other KPIs across global business units. This role will focus on developing and implementing process improvements to drive value across the organization. The Business Analyst will be an administrative super-user of the financial consolidation system, IBM Cognos Analytics. The role is also responsible for ad-hoc analysis and reporting of SG&A expenses, product sales volume, order trends, working capital, and other key operational metrics to support organizational decision makers.Responsibilities:Analysis and Reporting of Financial Results and Key Performance IndicatorsConduct thorough variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunitiesCommunicate with global finance teams to understand business operations and financial resultsBuild and maintain tools, analytics, and reports to support financial and operational personnelSupport global teams in the preparation, analysis, and reporting of monthly and annual forecastsSupport Financial and Operational teams through ad hoc reporting and analysisData Maintenance, Validation, and ConsolidationMonitor data flow through systems to ensure accuracy and completenessAct as system administrator, super-user, and basic IT support for Cognos AnalyticsServe as liaison between Finance and IT teams to foster collaboration and resolve data-related issues
