Our client's Hull Plant is seeking to expand its team by hiring an E&I-focused Technical Planning Coordinators for day shift roles. These positions will support ongoing proactive efforts to maintain site operations.As an E&I-focused Technical Planning Coordinator, you will take charge of the Maintenance Process (Planning) and oversee the efficient execution of scheduled work. This role entails ensuring 100% utilisation of available working hours on a weekly basis, and providing support for upcoming Interventions & TARsThe responsibilities include detailing Work Orders within specified timelines, including clear step-by-step instructions and comprehensive Risk Assessment Method Statements (RAMS). Additionally, you will ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and spare parts are readily accessible for safe and timely task completion.If successful with your application you will be part of a respected, well-established company known for its supportive culture, excellent work environment, and commitment to ongoing professional development.Key responsibilities of the E&I-focused Technical Planning Coordinator:Review work orders and liaise with the Technical Team as requiredCarry out field checks when neededIdentify task parts, tools, activities, and equipment necessary to complete job ordersPrepare work packs, detailing parts, resource, duration and costs updating the CMMS accordingly.Prepare Risk Assessment Method Statement (RAMS)Prepare Permit RequestMaintain the CMMS to plan all maintenance and engineering workPlan work to fill scheduled allotted periods making the most effective and efficient use of available resourcesPlan On Site and Off Site maintenance disciplinesLiaise with Maintenance, Stores and Procurement for materials and sparesPerform data closure quality check for Works Orders and ensure hours are recorded accordinglyInvestigate CMMS metrics and generate reportsCreate outage and shutdown planned work as necessaryManage weekly and monthly KPI'sWork closely with external support contractorsQualifications and skills requiredNVQ level 3 QualifiedExposure to an upper tier COMAH sitePrevious maintenance planning experienceCMMS systems knowledgeAble to follow OEM manualsKnowledge of reading data sheets and various other drawingsWe are seeking a self-driven individual with a results-oriented mindset, a strong focus on safety, quality, and commercial success.
