Role Security Officer (Residential)Shift PatternPayrate - £10.73Location CV1Job Description: Residential Security OfficerCity Group aims to provide high quality services designed to professionally support customers (Public and Private Sectors) in the provision of security and cleaning. Our aim is to create a unique client experience, enabling us to both retain and grow our market share.Duties:Regular patrols of the premises, including grounds and communal areas.Monitor CCTV and respond to any security issues identified.Access control, this will include checking IDs and ensuring that all visitors and contractors sign in the visitors log book.To ensure that all entry and exit points are secure and properly monitored.Incident reporting, to document in detail any incidents and follow scheme protocols. Maintain a visible presence and build positive relationships with the residents, staff, and visitors.Collaborate with scheme staff members and to maintain the safety of the residents and security of the building.Requirements:Excellent observation skills and attention to detailGood in English communicationPresentable & SmartComputer literateStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to remain calm and composed in stressful situationsDS licence is essential for the roleJoin our team as a Security Officer and contribute to maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees.
