Location: London, N16Pay rate: £13.50 Per HourShift times: 22:00 08:00 hoursShift Pattern: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and SundaysJob Type: Permanent Full TimeYou will be an ambassador of the Company and Client to the public and employees therefore this role demands professional approach dealing with all security related issues in a calm professional manner.Main Duties for the Security Officer:Reception meet and greetAccess control and keeping access / egress recordsMaintenance of logbooks and registersMaintaining security for the building by providing passes to visitors/staffNotifying appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see themKeeping track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the buildingAnswering phone calls and responding appropriately to the callers needsDealing with visitors and their requestsReceive and pass on mail deliveries.Assist visitors when leaving the premises, e.g. arrange taxisPatrolling premises to prevent or detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows and gatesAnswer alarms and investigate disturbancesMonitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of your premisesContact the police or fire departments in cases of emergencyCheck alarm circuits and ensure the alarm system is functioning properlyMonitor and adjust controls that regulate building systems, such as air conditioning, furnaceTo apply for the Female Security Officer role, you will require the following:Hold a current and valid SIA Licence in an appropriate sectorHold a valid First Aid certificateBe of smart and professional appearanceBe confident in dealing with peopleHave a good understanding and knowledge of Health & SafetyBe an excellent communicator in both verbal and written EnglishBe reliable and trustworthyHave a flexible approach to working.Excellent computer literacy and understanding of the English language is essential Seniority levelSeniority level Entry level Employment typeEmployment type Full-time Job functionJob function Other, Information Technology, and Management Industries Staffing and Recruiting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at City Group Recruitment by 2xGet notified about new
