Contract - Full time.

About the role:

• Dealing with caseloads revolving around adults in hospitals.
• You'll be working closely with senior practitioners, and reporting to the team manager.

What you'll bring to the table:

• At least 1 years post-qualifying experience as a social worker
• Considerable learning disabilities experience.
• Hard work and commitment, a strong and convincing display of a drive to succeed.
• Solid communication skills and relationship building capabilities.
• DBS Checked
