£38/hr - Disabilities Social Worker - Wales

Contract - Full time - Hybrid Working

We're currently recruiting around the South of Wales looking to hire Qualified Social Workers.

Not only will you be assisting Children in need, backed by a generous hourly rate of £40/hr, but you can also make use of the hybrid-working pattern to keep in touch with the comfort of your home.

About the role:

• You'll be managing a caseload capped at a manageable 18.
• Cases are stable, little to no legacy cases.
• Few sibling groups - Less travel between homes.
• Only 2 days a week in office, 3 from home.
• Holistic approach to Children's Social Care, connected with multiple services and agencies.

• Rolling contract, we've had workers stay on for 12+ months at a time!

What you'll bring to the table:

• Post-qualifying experience as a social worker in CP or Court Work (or any relevent experience)
• Hard work and commitment, a strong and convincing display of a drive to succeed.
• Solid communication skills and relationship building capabilities.
• DBS Checked
