Job Description Job Title: z/OS Systems Programmer
Location: Sheffield (Hybrid - 2 to 3 days on-site)
Contract: 6 Months (Extension Likely)
Rate: £300-£350/day (Inside IR35)

A leading consultancy is seeking an experienced z/OS Systems Programmer to join a long-term digital transformation project for a financial services client.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and upgrade z/OS and related IBM/CA products

Provide production and technical support

Troubleshoot system software issues independently

Key Skills:
Strong experience with z/OS, SMP/E, TSO, ISPF, USS, SDSF, JCL

IBM and CA product knowledge

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:
REXX, CLIST, GDPS, Assembler, Omegamon, Top Secret, SAS
