Contract: Full Academic Year with the Likelihood of a Permanent Position
SANZA Teaching Agency is currently working with a primary school in Ealing, looking to appoint a Year 4 Teacher from September 2025. This is a full-time role for the academic year, with a strong likelihood of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.

Support end-of-year assessments and track pupil progress effectively
Salary range: £36,413 - £48,532 (Outer London M1-M6, based on experience)
Candidate Profile:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 4
Strong literacy and numeracy teaching skills
Proven ability to plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons
Committed to fostering high expectations and supporting pupil progress
Enthusiastic, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a positive school culture
