Key Responsibilities:

Regularly assess and monitor student progress, providing detailed feedback to both students and parents while adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.

Foster a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment that promotes high standards of behaviour, engagement, and independent learning.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency in curriculum delivery, contributing to planning and school-wide initiatives.

Build strong relationships with parents, ensuring open communication and supporting their involvement in their child's educational journey.

Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities, events, and professional development opportunities.

Person Specification:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.

A solid understanding of the Year 3 curriculum, with the ability to deliver a diverse and engaging learning experience.

Proven ability to assess and track pupil progress, using data to adjust teaching and meet the needs of all learners.

*

Strong classroom management skills, with the ability to create an inclusive and respectful learning environment.

*

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
